Requirements for Passport Renewal

This are the required documents that must be brought physically to the Consulate General for eash of passport renewal services.

For submission, please visit on the date stated within your e-receipt at 09.30am - 12.30pm.

Document processing time 3 to 14 working days.

For collection, please visit ont he date given on your receipt at 02.30pm - 04.00pm.

Requirements for expiring passport renewal

1. Completed application form;
2. Original of the previous passport;
3. Copy of previous passport;
4. Copy of Indonesian birth certificate/national ID/driving license or other documents issued by Indonesian Government;
5. Copy of the most current VEVO check;
6. Copy of proof of residential address in Victoria/Tasmania such as Australian driving license/Bank Statement/Utility Bills;
7. Copy of visa grant notice/visa application summary, only for bridging visa holder.

Requirements for passport issuance/renewal for child under the age of 17

1. Completed application form;
2. Original of the previous passport;
3. Copy of previous passport;
4. Copy of both parent passports
5. Copy of Indonesian birth certificate;
6. Copy of Victorian/Tasmanian birth certificate, if any
7. Copy of parent's marriage certificate
8. Copy of the most current VEVO check, if any;
9. Copy of parent's most current VEO check
10. Copy of proof of residential address in Victoria/Tasmania such as Australian driving license/Bank Statement/Utility Bills.

Requirements for damaged passport replacement

1. Completed application form;
2. Original of the previous passport;
3. Copy of previous passport;
4. Copy of Indonesian birth certificate/national ID/driving license or other documents issued by Indonesian Government;
5. Copy of the most current VEVO check;
6. Copy of proof of residential address in Victoria/Tasmania such as Australian driving license/Bank Statement/Utility Bills;

Requirements for lost passport replacement

1. Completed application form;
2. Copy of previous passport;
3. Copy of police report elaborating the lost of your passport;
4. Copy of Indonesian birth certificate/national ID/driving license or other documents issued by Indonesian Government;
5. Copy of the most current VEVO check;
6. Copy of proof of residential address in Victoria/Tasmania such as Australian driving license/Bank Statement/Utility Bills;
7. Copy of visa grant notice/visa application summary, only for bridging visa holder.
